I. A Survey of the Project: Changchun-Shuangliao Expressway is a section in Jilin Province of Chuangchun-Shenzhen National Expressway. It is another important passage to Shanhai Pass for Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province. The construction of this expressway is very meaningful for strengthening the economic ties between Jilin Province and Inner Mongolia, for the integration of regional economy, for the better service to adjusting and restructuring the old industrial bases in our province, and for fully exerting the function of transportation of this passage. The full length of this expressway is 160 kilometers and it will be built into standard four-lane expressway. The period of construction is from 2010 to 2013.

III. Total Investment of the Project: the estimated investment is RMB 5.6 billion Yuan, equivalent to USD 0.275 billion (one US dollar for eight RMB Yuan).
