I. A Survey of the Project: Fusong-Gangshanling Expressway is an important section of Hegang-Dalian National Expressway. It is the route from the east part of the Northeast to the sea through Dadong Port in Dandong and Dalian Port. The construction of this expressway is very meaningful for developing the natural and tourist resources along the line, accelerating the development and opening, facilitating the integration of the economy in the Northeast, and revitalizing the old industrial bases of the Northeast. The total length of the expressway is 195 kilometers. It is to be built into a standard four-lane expressway. The period of construction is from 2007 to 2010. The Preparatory Feasibility Report is being compiled.

III. Total Investment of the Project: The estimated investment is RMB 11 billion Yuan, equivalent to USD 1.375 billion (one US dollar for eight RMB Yuan)
